I've tried dist-upgrade, fix-missing, and apt-get clean.
But it usually returns 5 links as shown in this image: From what I've observed, when there are more than 10 hit links on typing sudo apt-get update, ffmpeg gets installed successfully. Suddenly, I've been getting a 404 error in some of the links as you can see in this image: I used to install ffmpeg without any problem by running sudo apt-get -y install ffmpeg as a shell command in Databricks.
